What materials are used?
Each piece is made with a different combination of materials. Each piece has a detailed description on the product listing of what metals are used. I mostly work with bronze, white bronze, white copper, and sterling silver.

How is my order packaged?
All pieces are shipped in a recyclable cardboard box. Packed in a linen or cotton reusable bag and wrapped with nontoxic tissue paper for safety.

How do I clean my pieces?
You can clean the pieces with lukewarm water and a little dish soap like Dreft or Dawn and dry with a soft micro cloth. Or clean with a soft silver cloth. Each purchase comes with a small polishing cloth.

How do I best care for and maintain my jewelry purchase?
Enjoy your jewelry pieces and handle them with care! Clean your pieces regularly, as needed. The metals are not to be bent. They will eventually break if bent often. This is true for all the metals used in my jewelry pieces. Especially the white bronze as it is a “non-giving” metal and can not be bent at all.

Why is the matte or polished finish on my piece fading?
Usually from wear and tear and/or buildup from natural oils from your hands. You can wash it or polish it with a cloth.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Please read each product description before purchasing to see if you're allergic to any of the materials used. Some pieces are made of or with white copper which contains 5% nickel. It will be noted with each piece.

Can I customize a piece I found on your website?
Not at this time but maybe in the future. Follow along on Instagram for updates on when this might be available!
Can I make returns/exchanges?
You may return your piece 3 days after receiving it, if it hasn't been worn and is in original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Read more on our Return Policy.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
If you reach out within 24 hours of purchase and your order has not yet been shipped yes. Otherwise, you will need to return the product at your own cost once it arrives.
My piece broke, can you repair/remake it for me?
We handle repairs on a case-by-case basis as it depends on what part of the piece broke, how it broke, and the materials available for repair.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Orders will be packaged and shipped within 5 days of purchase unless stated otherwise on the product listing or on the notification banner of the site. Shipping time varies bases on destination country.
Any customs fees that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.
